I'm on a weightloss journey to feel beautiful about myself.I think i may have anorexic and bulimic tendencies. But i love food, which kinda screws things up for me sometimes. I try do this as healthy as possible and i do not support EDs.

my habits:
Not eat fried food/fast food more than once a week
Not drink sugary drinks (go for teas instead!)
Avoid artificial sugar as much as possible
Not eat too much instant noodles (loads of sodium :< )
Always replace full cream milk with nonfat milk
Replace sugary frappe with americano or black coffee
Eat as less meat as possible
Eat fruits everyday
Avoid white bread, replace it with wholemeal bread

problems:
i binge (who doesn't?)
i give into peer pressure. (if everyone's getting a burger, i should get one too)
i love food too much.
i always tell myself "start over tmr" and i don't
i'm lazy.
i'm very lazy.
